On the hilarious site you posted, there is a picture of a half empty stadium at the Minnesota Vikings and Atlanta Falcons game. I watched that whole game and the stadium did not look like that to me. So I looked up the attendance record. The Mercedes-Benz Stadium holds 71,000 people normally (can be expanded to 75,000). The attendance at yesterday's game was a total of 71,185. NOT THAT'S FUNNY. You fell for it!!!

I will agree that attendance overall is down 16% for attendance, and 6% in viewership. However, week in and week out the NFL is the highest viewed on TV. A recent poll stated 60% of people watched the same amount of NFL games this year, 27 said they watched more, and only 12% stated they watched less. These numbers have probably changed since then, less than a month ago, but you should try a more reliable source for your "statistics."
