What crime did Trump commit? - Other poster sm

With Hillary (and Obama) there are federal laws on the books and they (or in Obama's case, his admin) clearly broke them. They don't seem to have been fully or fairly investigated. Go back and read Comey's exonerating statement. He said there was classified information on her private server and it was marked classified at the time. Compare that to the law on handling and leaking classified material. Next, look at the FOIA law. Compare that to the 30,000 emails Hillary admits she deleted.

I don't see that with Trump. Typically, people are quick to say that Trump obstructed justice by talking to Comey or a senator or someone else. He didn't. Obstruction of justice only occurs when someone interferes with an investigation by law enforcement. That interference can be lying, tampering with evidence, deleting records, etc.

Even Flynn didn't do that. The FBI wasn't investigating a crime when he lied to them. He spoke to them voluntarily. Lying to the FBI in that situation is a crime, but it's not obstruction of justice.

There is a crime in connection with Flynn that hasn't been investigated, as far as we know. Someone in the Obama admin unmasked his name in surveillance and leaked it to the press.

That's why Hillary gets mentioned every time someone mentions the possibility of Trump doing something illegal.
