I can count on one hand how many major pieces of legislation have been reversed during my lifetime. Is this one major? Depends on your perspective...
It is more likely that rather than point-by-point reversing it, a "new and improved" tax plan will be unveiled. But they hardly ever tout it as the reversal of prior(s).
