but it doesn't always work that way and sounds like the same old trickle down economics. We are near full employment now. Businesses may just pocket the money or, if possible, they may invest in robotics and replace many of their workers (a growing trend). Whereas, if you give the tax cuts directly to the middle class they are going to go out and consume more.
