Victims should definitely not be revealed. As far as being forced to resign, that is questionable, or at least a difficult matter and depends on many factors that U.S. citizens may or may not be privy to. But to answer your question, yes, I do believe we have the right to transparency in knowing when OUR money is being used to make any settlement, what it was for, and how much it was.
