I know of no incidence in which FDR referred to his wife Eleanor as "Elliott."

Or George Washington calling Martha "Monty."

Etc. for all the other POTUSes.

Yet, when Ocommie slips and calls his "wife" by the wrong name -- and a MAN'S name to boot -- it's A-OK and "normal. LMAO!
