After at least 20 years of coloring my hair, and not truly knowing any longer what my "natural" color was anymore, I decided to stop dying my hair at all and just let it grow out on its own. Dying ones hair is terrible to your hair, not to mention all of the chemicals involved and being absorbed through your scalp! It took some time and really did not look "professional" as you would call it, but it was so worth it in the end! I love my grey hair now and I had let it grow out to waist length, so it really looked wonderful! Just bite your lip and let it grow. Why damage your hair and your body any longer! you will survive and you will love your hair!
