What is shocking is how joe schmoe will attack me.

Take diabetes for instance. I "cured" myself of diabetes type 2 by changing my crappy Western diet of processed foods and poisonous pharmaceuticals to a healthy diet and exercise. Went from 236 lbs to 175 in 4 months. Take magnesium for my BP.

Holistic health is the alternative to the preditory medical/pharmaceutical system. It's at least worth a try.
