?? you seem to forget, the 'government' has taken our jobs right out of this country - Saila

it is the people who have taken over the government, controlled by money alone, elected yes somehow, but still, who have shipped their companies overseas and used every dirty trick to line their pockets with money. They continually pit us against each other and have 'created' this monstrous notion that if you are not dirty, a liar, a cheat or worse, then you are not worthy of living because gee whiz only the tough survive. That works in the movies, but not in real life.

The Eight Beatitudes. That is what I used to think we stood for.

As a tax payer, I should be able to benefit a little bit on what I have put into it, since I was 14!! So now a 'new' (which is as old as life itself because it is just plain old greed) trend takes over that wants us to believe we are the bad guys? I am not that stupid.

My thought is, if you are going to take our jobs - of the "little guy" the blood sweat and tears of these companies, the hard-working middle and below class, and not allow us to earn a living wage, then we MUST fight for social programs. That is all we will have left soon.

For quite a few of us, we have put a lot into this system, and to have to sit back and watch it being dismantled and abused, and then we are told WE are the problem - it is heartbreaking. Especially the callousness anymore. It is more like a breach of contract, an unspoken promise that is being chewed up and spit out in our faces.
