such "general" comments w/o proof to back it up. Same as if someone said "Generally, all Liberals are crazy; they think they are title" which is a far truer statement.
These crimes are being reported ONLY because the liberals got caught with their pants down literally. There are every day people without money, doing the same. Go take a look at the local crime dockets.
Anyone that abuses another is a pig and needs to pay, regardless of their wealth or lack thereof.
