and you cannot make ends meet and rely on things like energy assistance for heat, WIC for your kids, Head Start for your preschoolers, insurance subsidies, you better come up with a plan B when they start cutting programs so they can balance their spending to their lack of revenue. I don't think MT is going to start paying better.
