Why get all excited and foolish when all the facts aren't in?

I keep thinking of Rachel Maddow and all the times she's really felt she had a scoop only to be embarrassed 10 minutes later.

Remember Trump's tax return?

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. A lot of the dems got so excited because they were told to do so only to look foolish after the fact.
