Tortilla Chip idea - ME

You can use the cheese, onions, chicken broth, lentils/beans and tortilla chips to make chilaquiles. I usually add a can of enchilada sauce, but using chicken stock instead should still be good I think.

I would saute onions in a pan first. Then add half a bag of tortilla chips and some beans or lentils, and a couple of ladles of chicken broth to moisten/soften. Toss together to coat the chips in chicken broth. Add a couple handfuls of grated cheese and cover until cheese melts. Stir, and plate. You can the top it with anything, like sliced hard-boiled eggs. I like to use enough sauce/broth so that some of the chips are soft and others still have a little chew.

This recipe might explain it better (obviously skip the frying step since you already have chips).
