What I love is how Bill and Melinda Gates managed to spend $400,000,000 or their foundation money to direct the expenditure of $4,000,000,000,000 in public money. For those who only know Common Core Math, that means for every $1 of Gates Foundation money they gained control of $10,000 of our money.
That is a heck of a leverage.
