Do people think it doesn't happen if it not - legal?

I'm certainly not an advocate of legal prostitution but there is a big difference regarding health issues when you look at places like some counties in Nevada where it is legal. Those women are checked for diseases and there are other regulations. Go to the places where it is not and you have drug-addicts out there spreading disease.

Again, I think it's disgusting but that doesn't mean it's not out there legal or not.
