The military injected itself into the NFL in 2009. - Now how do they feel? Backed in corner also. sm

The military started paying the NFL a couple million to play the National Anthem in 2009 to promote military enlistment. The players do not receive any money from this. The military is the one who wanted to bring themselves into the football games. There is no rule or law that anyone has to respect a flag or a song.

Enlisted military have an oath to uphold the constitution, PERIOD. No flag, no song. Protect the Constitution of the United States. They are actually protecting the players right to take a knee during the National Anthem as set forth in the first amendment. This is just as important as all other amendments. How do THEY feel about paying the NFL now.

I agree with either not accepting money from the military and playing the National Anthem, or if players do not want to stand, have them stay in the locker room until it is over.
