I have 3 inside cats and about 4 outside. I can't bring them all inside, so I just make sure they always have food and water out there, because I just couldn't handle knowing they were starving, and I feel like I'm the only one in the neighborhood that even cares about animals. I can't tell you what to do, but if it were me, I'd have to at least make sure it had food. I'm just a sucker when it comes to animals.
