He is letting people DIE in Puerto Rico. These are US citizens that he is abjectly ignoring their needs in time of natural disaster. His comments are atrocious, and, he is showing his lack of humanity through them.

Funny, he didn't criticize Houston or Florida, oh, that's right they aren't landlocked by the bigly ocean.
