They do not have the right to vote in our elections. Funny because just this morning DH told me that PR does not have voting rights. I just looked it up and he is correct. It says - Residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories do not have voting representation in the United States Congress, and are not entitled to electoral votes for President.
