are not worth the time it takes to read them. Cities all over this country vie for NFL teams and offer them tax breaks to build stadiums and play there. This includes both Republican and Democratic administrations. They do it because fans are willing to pay outrageous prices for tickets and outrageous prices for merchandise and that adds to the tax base.
