paid by private owners. Fans pay the high price of tickets to pay these players the money they make.

The government pays the military salaries.

What exactly does this mean? "Break up the corrupt Democrat monopoly of the NFL and demolish the barriers to the formation of independent leagues by taking on the NFL, ESPN and its broadcasting partners in crime."

So you think only democrats watch football or own teams????? I remember Bush owning a baseball team.

Seriously, I didn't read the whole article because of the length but I don't get the point of the article. If you don't like football players making the money, then don't watch or buy tickets. If you don't like the military salary, don't join or complain to the government.
