Blacks are hurting blacks, plain and simple. Do you really believe that these men who father children from several women really care if there is welfare or not?
Before Bill Cosby became known for the stuff he is known for now, I admired what he said about black people blaming whites. He told the truth about that. Look up some of his stuff about that. Some of it has language not appropriate on here but look it up if interested.
It has nothing to do with democrats or republicans, it is their behavior and attitude in general.
