Can someone explain to me why the Republican - party puts forth such horrible bills?

We know they want the govt out of health care, but do they not realize that by taking away any kind of protection or safety net sick people will not get care?

Why can't they just sit down and try to figure out a bill that actually helps people instead of kills them?

They can still say they killed Obamacare, but why not have a bill that at least attempts to address things like preexisting conditions, lifetime limits, etc., and not in a deceptive way (the block funding to states will just end up with them getting waivers for that and you know it).

I just cannot figure it out, but I guess maybe it's money? They just don't want that money there for sick people?

I just don't get it. They would get support for a bill if the bills weren't all so cruel and mean and designed to take people OUT of the healthcare system instead of get more people in. Most people do NOT want a free ride, they just want affordable care.
