newly diagnosed medical condition, he can see the healthcare mess in a new perspective - kind of like "What would I do if I did not have the money or the insurance that I have now with this diagnosis?" I think he is right stating that he can't vote for something that has so many unknowns - Obamacare did that and the republicans were screaming the whole time. Two wrongs don't make a right!
