First of all, site admits this video is spliced together. Second, he is not muttering to himself, he is actually speaking to person/people he hears in his headphone. Third, what MT has not been totally upset over a physician who is dictating with a screaming child on his lap, yawning, snorting, eating, in cafeterias, taxis, etc. I assure you I am very happy I am not on video when trying to do my job under these conditions--my language is certainly not pretty.
