to come up with something after they repeal it. they need to be re-elected, but they have to "pay back" the fat cats that got them elected. They also have come to the same conclusion that their clueless leader came to not so long ago - "Who knew that healthcare was so complicated?" My vote is to start by setting limits for the insurance companies and pharmaceuticals on how much they can pay their CEOs in bonus if they don't meet certain criteria for making sure Americans can get good, affordable care and medications, but that would stab their puppeteers in the back wouldn't it?
