then sped away, nearly nicking the cop, who was stupid enough to stand behind the vehicle. I guess he should have announced his superman armor. I don't consider that attempting to run him over. The suspect probably didn't realize he was stupid enough to stand behind get into his path. It was pretty obvious suspect was leaving. They then had an extremely high speed pursuit which ended with the suspect hitting parked car or pole?, at which time the officer rammed his stopped car (at their exuberant agreement in cop car, hit him, hit him now). The cop got out of his car and went to the car window and unloaded into suspect. I don't believe the garbage about the suspect leaning for "something." He may have leaned away to get rid of the murderer with the gun...to no avail. Have you watched the video?
