IMO, he wants to provoke a reaction from us. I greatly dislike Trump as a president, but even I think his handling of the situation (sending troops to Asia for military training/drills) is right. To me, it shows power but with restraint. As for striking first or not, I look back at the responses after 9/11. When the US was attacked, we had the support of so many countries. When the US attacked Iraq, we lost some of that support. I say let the little Korean man posture and if there is just 1 accident, say a missile hits a tiny fishing boat in the Sea of Japan, we take him out.
