Thank both of you for your response. It is such a frustrating feeling to spin whenever I move my head from side to side or up and down. I have not tried this maneuver yet today as I have been home alone. I did Google it to see how it is done and now I am sure I could do it myself. I went back to the dr this morning and he ordered another CT scan just to be sure there was no internal bleeding or worsening. It came back fine and they assured me it will take time to heal. As the above poster said, no meds can be given so I will just continue to take Tylenol and do the Epley to try to get rid of crystals and hope for the best.
