She is banning. How do you know posters - have posts removed come back?

I know personally moderator is banning on a temporary basis.

How do you identify which posters are banned and which come back?

Maybe the moderator is notified by other posters and the pressure is on to ban but the ban may be temporary.

In the meantime, I have no idea who is banned and who comes back and it amazes me someone professes they can identify which banned posters come back. Crystal ball? Psychic?
