Why don't they try to all work - together?

He thinks only the republicans have "great legislation." I have not seen anything "great" coming out of their camp. Is he going to try to change the rules so he can get the things he thinks are great passed? The only way legislation is going to pass is when it is good for all Americans. They need to work with each other and come up with the best of both worlds.
