The DNC tried to discredit Bernie. Even after this, Bernie still endorsed Hillary. I'm pretty sure the DNC didn't do this to Bernie without consulting with Hillary first.
Is Hillary driven by greed to sell her book or just plain crazy mad? Maybe a combination of both?
