My view of the aftermath of Harvey - anon

Posted: Sep 3rd, 2017 - 7:55 pm

The tragedy of Harvey is undeniable, however, what also cannot be denied is the fact that Americans are relying upon and helping one another, free of prejudice, malice and hatred.  People from all over the state of Texas and the United States are coming to help those in need, without expectation of rewards or accolades, just simply because it’s the right thing to do.  American citizens are showing each other and the rest of the world that the majority are good, compassionate and moral.  It is well past time to ignore the radical fringes, ignore the media and focus on the real American citizens.
