Everybody in and around Houston, swimming and sloshing, rescuing, etc, will be affected...for years to come. Superfund sites that were completely contained are now "afloat," spreading toxins the govmt actually found dangerous enough to ISOLATE. They are now free.
Thinkin' about the environment YET??
