Here goes:
US is SUPPOSED to have a fluid law system. There is room to AMEND the Constitution, if need be, or drfine more precisely. Society has changed greatly since 1787. We have noted those changes with amendments and WILL CONTINUE to do so.

You seem to object to those bringing up subjects that need to be changed.

Statues leaving is not constitutional, but sure is going to mess up a lot of family vacation photos!
