FB message from General Robert E. Lee

Posted: Aug 18, 2017

I do appreciate all of the attention recently, however the general in me thinks you should focus on the guy in North Korea with the bombs.

General Robert E. Lee

So true, we have so many more very urgent things to consider in this country like our foreign relations, global warming, infrastructure, health care, and on and on.  The statues have been around for almost 100 years.  We need to move foward.

;

I agree. I think the hate by all groups is being engineered - to divide us. Don't fall for it.

Trump fake news with an unnamed source - I guess

[ In Reply To ..]
You don't recognize your own fake news.

LOL! You're funny! Like the MSM doesn't use unnamed sources for a story - Truthhurts

[ In Reply To ..]
I guess you wouldn't care if the whistle blower's family or the officer himself were hurt by the radicals if he were to give his name.

Plenty of "unnamed sources" a/k/a anonymous sources are used daily in news articles by the liberal left-leaning news sites, but that's okay? No, it's not. If you want whistle blowers to be named, then we need the left-leaning sources to be named.
We need trump out - That's all

No, not yet. We need to give him a chance like we gave Obama - Truthhurts
[ In Reply To ..]
Everyone was told in the beginning of Obama's presidency to give him a chance. We did (or at least most of us did) but it's VERY unfair not to give the same chance to Trump. He's there 8 months. Obama was given 8 years and he didn't really accomplish much but no one on the left or no one who's a Democrat is giving Trump a chance. He doesn't deserve all the hate that's being instigated by 3 main people. A lot of people voted for Trump because he's NOT a politician. Others voted for him because he was the "lesser of two evils."

A lot of people voted for Obama because he was black. Others voted for him because he was a smooth talker but.....his environmental policies went too far...when a farmer can't plow his fields without getting a permit, that's crazy. Other restrictions in various policies allowed more companies to exit this country, especially when there was talk of upping the taxes on these companies. Yet there was no ideas on how to help companies stay here and no ideas on how to get companies to come back.

He jumped into all kinds of trade deals and agreements before he even knew what was in those contracts. A lot of times, he worked behind the scenes to pay ransom to enemies of our country (Iran, Bergdahl, etc.) and the media would only publish a story about it after it was long done.

Obama was far from innocent in race riots when he sided with the protesters like Sharpton and BLM, and against the police and other law enforcement agencies. He put a ban on people from the same Muslim countries that Trump wanted to ban and no one said a word, but Trump was attacked for doing so.

Two-sided, double standards don't work. Obama turned out to be a liar, too. His healthcare was a disaster from the beginning, yet no one jumped to fix it for 7 years on that side.

Okay, off the soapbox for today. Don't forget to dislike my truthful post. It makes me feel good when people dislike the truth because I know I've pushed the right buttons. ;) Have a nice day. :)
I didn't vote - for him at all,
[ In Reply To ..]
but there is no comparison between he and Trump - At least Obama could string 2 sentences together without bringing us to the brink of war. Obama did indeed make mistakes, but the difference is he took credit for them and you could see how he worked to try to work with the idiotic republicans that I used to be a part of, but no longer. Trump needs to resign. There is no way that he will ever change and become a real president - he does not want to and still believes that he is right and the rest of the world is wrong! Obamacare was not a disaster at all - that was just a fantasy of the republicans. You have a nice day - and I did give you your dislike because you certainly earned it!
Obama NEVER took credit for his mistakes - sm - and as for his stringing 2 sentences
[ In Reply To ..]
together - only with a teleprompter. Otherwise it was bu, but, but, but, er, er, um, um. Would you like to watch some of the videos of his live performances?

You're right about one thing - there is NO comparison between he and President Trump. He was so far out of his league and class. At least President Trump is doing some good things for the country and the Americans. Something the last group never did.

Regardless of what you imagine, President Trump IS a real president. He is right on some issues, especially Obamadoesntcare. It was a total failure disaster. You don't need to listen to President Trump say it, all the economists and other politicians are saying it.

I highly doubt you were ever "part of" republicans.

Yeah, you have yourself a nice day. I'm giving you 100 dislikes because you have earned them all.
Statist leftists (think they) know what's best for us - hmph

I think so too. It's spiritual warfare, the goal is divide and - conquer. Unfortunately it seems

Wow! Paid protestors against Trump. - Who is paying them is the question.

Ok so what's - jm
[ In Reply To ..]
the first thing the right does when the left puts up an article? So I research any article now, left and right. This zero hedge comes up as fake, I didn't label it that. But the truth is there's enough people who don't support trump and his "policies", not that he has any, that no one needs to be paid to protest him. Heck, I'd even pay them to let me protest him. I know not one protester who needs/wants paid to exercise their First Amendment rights. I know they're some out there, but with trump in office, the majority don't need paid.
I protest trump for free almost every time he opens his - mouth
[ In Reply To ..]
A couple of times I almost felt proud of him until the next time he opened his mouth or tweeted. I learned my lesson. Started checking everything he says. He is SO misinformed and egotistical. Costs me nothing to call a lie a lie and call trump incompetent
Dream on. The majority of protestors are paid - or simple-minded fools
[ In Reply To ..]
I think the protests are stupid and the unpaid protestors are stupider. With the economy the way it is I am sure people need the money. Anybody who shows up sets themselves up for violence so no way I am going to go for free. For the right amount of money, I'll protest anything whether I believe in what I am protesting or not.
Perhaps - jm
[ In Reply To ..]
the ones that want to go and fight are, or they're just extremists, which exist on both sides of the fence. I would protest peacefully in my beliefs if I had that kind of time. To call ANY nonviolent protester stupid to support their beliefs is wrong on so many levels. Would you like to be called stupid for your beliefs and if you chose to voice them without violence?
I do not join crowds where violence erupts. - I do not like crowds in general.
[ In Reply To ..]
I do not think protests are effective.

I would rather work behind the scenes for a cause than join a large crowd marching, screaming, throwing things, blocking traffic, attacking police or being attacked by police. I do not see anything either side has accomplished in protest.

My time is valuable and to join a protest is not something I would spend time on.

Of course for the right amount of money I may consider a protest but it would have to be major money for me to endanger my life or put up with idiots who come to fight rather than protest.
Yes I agree - jm
[ In Reply To ..]
I don't think protests are effective and much like you, I have done the behind scenes things. I've signed petitions, but I too don't have time to be out protesting. And I think violent protesting is counter effective and just wrong. But yeah, I agree 100% with you. I don't think I'd take money for violence though lol, it would have to be an amount of like over 1 million dollars plus free healthcare, but yeah not happening.
You said, "I do not see anything either side has accomplished in protest." I do see - Truthhurts
[ In Reply To ..]
exactly what these hate protests have done...they have incited more hate and more violence on both sides towards them, because neither side realizes they're the cause of the hate towards them with their protests and property destruction.

Obama's fault? Don't see the connection. Occupy Wall Street was a great idea - too bad the rich Wall Street guys didn't get punched a few times, but it sounds like this Kessler fellow is just an instigator/organizer looking for causes in order to get into the limelight
Wow - Democrat advocating violence!!! - Sadly, not a novel advocation
