I think we all should be

I think this article is good in describing what we as citizens need to do. We do have intelligence agencies doing a darn good job at what they do but we cannot just depend on them. We all need to have a watchful eye while we are out doing our daily things. We cannot live in fear but we can open our eyes more to suspicious activities and never think that it can't happen in our neighborhood.

I have to say that I was very impressed by the level of security...sm - VTMT
[ In Reply To ..]when flying back into the U.S. from the EU, FCO airport in Italy to be specific. Multiple passport and baggage checks, xrays, questioning, even before boarding our non-stop flight to Newark. Security in Newark was thorough also. It was grueling but gave me a better appreciation for how our security is being taken seriously.
I personally have never been on a - plane but do hear the

some people save for decades for a dream trip, we have no idea how long anyone saves for anything...a house, car, vacation, whatever it is they want.

Europe Security - longtimeMT
[ In Reply To ..]I have to agree with VTMT. The airports in Italy are on their game. I was from Newark to Rome, then Rome to Naples and I have to say, they had way more checks and the like than any US airport I've been in over the last few years.
I can afford the Italy trips because I have family and a home there, so basically all we need is personal spending money, and the plane tickets of course. lol
