I travel quite a bit but do not come to MTStars to brag about it or give my itinerary and who I watched on TV at what time. I'm too busy having a good time and taking in the sights.

or maybe their experiences are so limited. I have found that people that travel minimally overseas needs to crow about it endlessly because they think it bolsters their ego, while trying to diminish others. Those of us that have traveled extensively or lived in other countries have no need of such childish antics.

Evidently, the "mind expansion" was not part of the itinerary...I see no evidence of that in posts.

was...there is centuries of history with a million things to do and visit every single day. I have been to Italy and several other European countries, many, many times and never once felt the desire to get up at whatever time and watch Madcow or any other news program.

I was far more involved in the local history, customs, art, people, food, etc.

For some people travel has nothing to do with learning and experiencing, but only about their bragging. S/L that is what was going on.

I guess there is very little going on for them, and they felt the need to brag, which is really the small mindedness of the post. There are many, many people on this board that have traveled extensively, lived abroad, and you never hear that be touted all over this board ad nauseum.

Bill O'Reilly being gone, and the switching around of shows. The Five lost a lost of viewers in their new time slot. I couldn't watch Madcow or Colbert either if my life depended on it, but I have found a new news station. It's OAN (One America News). It leans conservative, but it reports all news. I've also noticed they don't repeat stories over and over again ad nauseam like Fox did (does).

about a month ago, and the only thing I miss is the guide! Oh, and the Hallmark Channel. I have been watching my primetime shows on my computer on hulu, (not hulu plus, don't want to pay).
