signed an arms deal with Saudi Arabia. I mean we know that he has businesses over there, they weren't included in the immigration ban yet they are the country that provided most of the terrorists from 9/11. He criticized them during his campaign. I just don't get it.

There is a lot more going on than I can explain that I heard when listening to pros and cons of Trump's deal with Saudi Arabia and the cons came from liberal commentators so I took it with a grain of salt.

I agree we need help fighting ISIS but I just don't get the reasoning behind an arms deal with the Saudi's. I guess I will have to do more research for both pros and cons whichever side they come from. I don't just "accept at face value" about something like this.
To tell you the truth, I really do not understand - everything about the deal

If Saudi Arabia is an ally in keeping ISIS at bay or non-existent, they will have more of an interest in helping because they have an economic deal with US that helps both us and their country.
Cons were it was kinda like Obama's speech, Trump stayed on speech writer's message, etc. Typical liberal whining and insinuating Trump was "copying" Obama and also he was scripted.
In any case, it seemed the Saudis and President have a mutual respect and hopefully this will benefit both countries.
