yet somewhere below, but Obama has taken $400,000 for a speech to Wall Street.;

Crooked lying politicians prevail - and jerk wanted Hillary to be president

[ In Reply To ..]
Birds of a feather flock together.

You seem to be insinuating that only democrats - are crooked. Maybe

[ In Reply To ..]
I'm wrong but they're all crooked.

Both GW and daddy took money for speeches along with B Clinton and G Ford. I for one don't think taking money for speeches is crooked but to each his own. They are obviously invited to do those speeches.

What I find crooked is running scam universities, ripping off employees, using your position as president for profit in your company, sending your kids off on business in other countries on our dime, etc. Maybe you could address those issues instead, but we already know Trump supporters don't find anything wrong with that.

At least Obama is out of office. Trump collecting while in office. - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
I would rather pay President Obama $400,000 than Sarah Palin $100,000. You can really see you get what you pay for there.

Collecting 400,000 for a Wall St speech - mt
[ In Reply To ..]
just seems corrupt to me.

I'm optimist about Trump and his team for the most part. Listening to CNN bash him 24/7, he must be doing well for our country. I think when CNN starts to praise him, that's the time to worry.

Wonder if anyone still have the email address for Trump that someone had posted awhile back?
Did it seem corrupt to you when Bush family made millions? - Reagan, Arnold S., Rudy?
[ In Reply To ..]
Nah, probably just the Democrats or Obama.
I'm not a Bush fan. Don't know about the - mt
[ In Reply To ..]
others and what speeches they might have given.
Perhaps you should do a little more research then - before
[ In Reply To ..]
condemning President Obama. Seems kind of hypocritical.
Regardless what the others you mention did, - mt
[ In Reply To ..]
I still think it is corrupt. Maybe they are all corrupt.
I don't recall them bashing the rich like Obama. They didn't - get $400,000 per speech either. Even
[ In Reply To ..]
Clinton didn't get that much.
Obama gets a pass because he has the "right" politics, meaning - he's a leftist so he gets a pass, like Hollyw
[ In Reply To ..]
rich and rock stars. Even rich celebrity chefs. As long as you are a leftist then it's okay.
I learned that in college, the leftist Students for Democratic Society - which we called Sandbox Dictatorship Society
[ In Reply To ..]
(SDS) was allowed to do whatever they wanted speech wise.

Try that as a conservative on campus now. Look at what happened to Ann Coulter.
It seems also that post modernism is changing textured stories - which highlight virtue and beauty and
[ In Reply To ..]
instead want us to focus on the lowest depravities and abuses for their entertainment value. Pornographic Hollywood doesn't like conservative values and mocks them at every turn.

I've noticed a trend in remaking books into movies with their own dark spin.

Who knew he was a greedy one percenter? - Remember when he said at some

[ In Reply To ..]
point you've earned enough money? Wonder how much that will be for him.

Why shouldn't Obama be judged by his own standards? And why is it that all those spread-the-wealth Democrats get so greedy once they're out of office?

Yet he's the one that raised the taxes on the 1% - and corporations.

[ In Reply To ..]
So what's your point. He also fought to get healthcare for more people in this country and succeeded.

He's basically getting $400,000 for denouncing special interest - groups, from Wall Street special interest

[ In Reply To ..]
group.

Hypocrite, but a rich hypocrite.

You can bet he uses the tax code "loop holes" (which are nothing - but legal deductions) to keep

[ In Reply To ..]
that money. Or funnel is through his foundation so he doesn't have to pay the tax.

I hope he pays his fair share. - !!!

Get ready for another political money making machine like - the Clintons.

Well at least he is articulate and people want - to listen to him!

[ In Reply To ..]
He can put a sentence together that makes sense - unlike some other presidents I could name, but won't. I don't know why this is a big deal. Did you all expect him to wear sackcloth and ashes and go around gnashing is teeth now that he is out of office? former presidents speak because people are interested in what they have to say. As far as getting paid - Capitalism at its best. I thought republicans were all about capitalism? Or is that it's only good when a republican does it?

Oh, he's articulate all right! - SM

Some of my best laughs have come from watching or listening to this buffoon!

THE biggest Buffoon is right now - resifding in our White House!
[ In Reply To ..]
100 days in and he is already crying that it is harder than he thought! He came into a good economy compared to Obama who had to fight against the dumb Republicans to get anything done. And 1 YouTube video does not show that he is not articulate - it just shows that he is human!

Hillary promised them she would keep the borders open. - mt

[ In Reply To ..]
She made vast amounts of money speaking to them.

Yeah, as long as he has a teleprompter. - nm

[ In Reply To ..]
LOL LOL LOL

Pocahontas is pretty upset with him. - LOL

[ In Reply To ..]
Guess she believed the Lyin' King.

It's no fun to be lied to, is it, Pocahontas?

I am so sick of this Native American racism on this board. - nm

[ In Reply To ..]

Okay, we'll just call her the American Indian wannabe then. - She's the one who said she was Indian.

[ In Reply To ..]
Cherokee, I think.
1/32 Cherokee, not enough for you? - heritage, you know. nm
[ In Reply To ..]
This has been debunked. She's not even 1/32. - nm
[ In Reply To ..]

No, it has not been proven false. - but
[ In Reply To ..]
that would not matter to Trump followers. BTW, whatever happened to Trump's investigators that were in Hawaii "proving" that President Obama was not born in the US.
Deflect, deflect, deflect and avoid - Warren's LIES.
[ In Reply To ..]
That's all lefties can do. If lefties are latching onto Warren as their hope for first woman president, lefties are way off base, out in left field if you will. She is carrying baggage with her LIE that will not go away. The only difference between her and Hillary is she does not wear carpet-remnant huge pants suits but they are both career politicians who are corrupt.
No - just
[ In Reply To ..]
changing the subject. You will persist in belittling EW's comment on her heritage in the most annoying fashion, so I thought I would toss you some red meat. I see you enjoyed it.
I am a vegetarian and you are addressing multiple - posters. Now please explain
[ In Reply To ..]
What documentation do you have on EW's heritage? You just take her word for it that she is 1/32 Cherokee? How did she come to that conclusion?

Just logical questions from a person who questions most politicians ability to tell the truth, especially when they seem to be caught in an obvious lie.
There is a marriage application on file and family history - what is your proof she is not?
[ In Reply To ..]
You know, family history is like in the Bible--Genesis, you know, the begats. It is not hard to go back in your family history to 1894 (like EW) and have the word-of-mouth history. My grandparents were born in the 1910's and had many stories about their parents and grandparents. What is the big deal?
Who exactly came up with 1/32 Cherokee? How did - Warren establish this heritage at 1/32
[ In Reply To ..]
Is this documented anywhere? Who does the research to come up with this FRACTION of "heritage"?

Do you know your heritage down to fractions?
Cherokee? How romantic. - Tired old MT
[ In Reply To ..]
Why is it that people who want to claim Native heritage are always Cherokee? Why doesn't anyone every claim to be 1/32 Ho-Chunk or Mandan?..anyone for Nez Perce? No one for Sioux Nation? Okay how about Madras? Maybe Pima? Shoshone? I just think it's interesting.

Perfect example of stifling First Amendment. - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
Political correctness run amok.

Do you live near Berkeley?

She claimed to be a native America and she isn't. She - opened the door to be mocked.

[ In Reply To ..]
It doesn't stop people from mocking Trump.
1/32 Cherokee. - nm
[ In Reply To ..]
I think I am 1/32 black. I do not claim to be - African-American.
[ In Reply To ..]
And who said Warren was 1/32 Cherokee? Her?
I was born in South Africa. I'm white European. Technically - can I call myself African-American?
[ In Reply To ..]
I'm now a proud U.S.citizen, not hyphenated.

Warren said she was American Indian - what's racist about that?

[ In Reply To ..]
It was a lie but I don't think she meant it to be racist do you?
Poster called her Pocahontas - to try belittle and undermine EW
[ In Reply To ..]
That is racist.
What do you call Trump? - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
No message needed. Nuff said!
I do not call him racist names. I will point out the examples - of him being disgusting.
[ In Reply To ..]
Such as him bragging about grabbing women, making fun of handicapped and calling people names.
What is racist about calling EW an Indian name. - She is claiming to be Indian.
[ In Reply To ..]
Now if someone called her Sitting Bull, that could be considered offensive but Pocahontas is a nice female Indian name.
Maybe poster did not know what Elizabeth Warren's - Indian name is. Do you?
[ In Reply To ..]
Rumor has it, Warrem is not American Indian and if that is the case, Warren belittled and undermined herself claiming to be something she is not.
Maybe Fauxcohontas is better. - Since she's a fake.
[ In Reply To ..]
And a liar!
Perfect description of a corrupt politician - Fakes and liars.
[ In Reply To ..]
Does anyone know why she lied about being an American Indian. Did she get some benefit from the lie that are meant for true American Indians?
Anything the left doesn't like is racist, phobic, etc. - Sick of it.
[ In Reply To ..]

Playing the race card? Sounds like a fan - of Warren who resents her bashers

[ In Reply To ..]
If anyone bashes American Indians it is Elizabeth Warren pretending to be one.
It used to work to shut people up, but not so much anymore. - Whatever the insult du joir is,
[ In Reply To ..]
bigot, racist, etc.
Well I guess Warren fan could call it sexist too - I mean use every card you can
[ In Reply To ..]
to diffuse the fact that Elizabeth Warren is a liar.
Just learn to ignore people who call you racist, etc. - We live in a PC culture now.
[ In Reply To ..]
The same people who act offended by this laugh at jokes about Sarah Palin or any other conservative.

No, what is disrespectful is claming Indian heritage - to adavnce your opportunities

[ In Reply To ..]
and social status for votes.
WHAT?!? - Tired old MT
[ In Reply To ..]
You mean all those blue-eyed, blonde-haired cocktail waitresses at my nearest casino are POSERS! NO WAY! I will never believe it.

You know, I did not think anyone could top - Hillary's annoyance factor BUT

[ In Reply To ..]
Elizabeth Warren does. If she runs for president she will lose for the same reason Hillary did. Annoying, loud, and a liar.

Being a loud liar has not stopped Trump - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
How do you figure?

I'm inspired to write this to respond to the Lefty's Lexicon. - I humbly submit the following;

[ In Reply To ..]
Misogynist (n) – One who recognizes the inherent differences between males and females, biological, psychological, behavioral and developmental.

Islamophobe (n) – One who thoughtfully and realistically assesses the effects of Islam and its adherents on Western Civilization.

Homophobe (n) – One who values sexual attraction and its resultant relationships between males and females as a cornerstone of society.

Capitalist (n) – One who seeks to survive by the work of one’s own hands and not have the fruits of his labors confiscated by a Mega-government, to distribute to others less willing to work

To this I would add:

Racist (n) – One who recognizes differences, biological, but especially sociological and cultural, between major varieties of Homo sapiens.

She lied to get perks in college. I have 1/8 - Cherokee and I never used it.
