Do you know who is going to benefit from this latest Trump deregulation of coal emissions?  Answer: Not the coal miners because their jobs aren't coming back.  Benefits go to the coal czars.  Wilbur Ross is one of them.

People with electric cars will benefit. It takes coal to make - electricity. Soros bought a huge chunk of

coal mining shares in several companies so C02 wasn't going to be a “problem” much longer anyway.

Coal has many uses other than as a bio fuel. Paints, medicine, etc.

Coal will lose out to natural gas but at least it will be back in business.
It's better that it lives or dies in the marketplace rather than via Presidential dictate.

EPA is still calling CO2 a pollutant. CO2 is NOT a pollutant. - It's important food for green plants and

trees. They absorb CO2 and release oxygen. It’s called photosynthesis.

Plant more trees.

Maybe you should do some - research

it's not just about CO2.

Coal is also used to make steel, or should I say used to make steel? - Truthhurts

Warren Buffett will be happy. Why? Because BNSF Railroad - owned by Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway

will experience a resurgence in coal shipments from the Powder River Basin as coal-fired power plants that use low-sulfur coal are back in operation at full capacity again.

EPA regulations are all about freezing out competition. - Thank you President Trump

for restoring competition.

No, EPA is about protecting the earth - we all live on, the water we drink and the air we

It hurts companies that want to pollute and they have to spend money to make sure what they are putting out is at safe levels.

I'm sure you won't listen to me though; you'll only listen to the billionaires who benefit from removing regulations.

The EPA really did a great job in cleaning up the Colorado - River they polluted last year.

Oh wait, the didn't do anything.

It hurts companies that would like to COOPERATE - Truthhurts

with envirnomental regulations, but when they are regulated to death, there's no reason to keep their business here.

When Biden said they would kill the coal companies, they weren't kidding, but they also killed a lot of companies and power plants that couldn't afford to switch, get fined for not switching, the taxpayers wound up paying for it.

CO2 is necessary for green earth but the EPA was trying to take CO2 levels to ZERO. Who's dumb enough to think it could be done without killing the rest of the planet through starvation? I'm serious. This is what the EPA of the last administration was thinking.

It seems that you hope the coal jobs are not - mt

coming back. I suspect you elite media.

I do hope coal jobs don't come back. Coal - is very polluting.

I would like to see more alternative energy focused on.

I know people from coal-mining - families who

lost members of their family at a young age from black lung disease. Maybe Trump can bring different jobs to those areas that involve clean energy.

wealthy owners who might have to spend money to protect their workers. He is lifting protections that protect surrounding land and waters around coal mines. The republicans are all about their own, the money people, and do not give a rats butt about the rest of us.
