I heard this earlier and it is just disgusting. This administration is cutting the funds to the EPA. One of the victims of this will be the Great Lakes. Funds have been provided to constantly clean the lakes and keep those Asian carp from taking over, yet Trump wants to defund the program. It is just sickening!!!
