Nunes apologizes for

Posted: Mar 23, 2017

Now if Trump would only apologize for lying about Obama wiretapping.  I saw where he felt somewhat vindicated.  Vincidated about what??  I think it was more of he knew he was lying, getting a lot of heat and now making that statement can steer him away from the lie he told in the first place.

On Nunes, too little too late.  I would dump him as the lead investigator.

;

It is what Pubs do--link unrelated events that have similar words - and call it a fact

Obama, investigation, FBI, CIA, wiretapping. It does not matter the order, use those words to just make up your alternative facts in any context.

Dumping him as lead investigator... - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
isn't that the plan? Fingers crossed it is. I know McCain wants an independent committee which would make sense.

Well, if they dump Nunes, they will be dumping Schiff, too - truthhurts

[ In Reply To ..]
in asking for an independent investigation and that would make sense because Schiff is #2. In fact, the whole committee would no longer be involved, which makes sense. :)

Yes I agree - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
They do need an independent committee totally not slanted in either direction. The question is....is this possible? Who would be in the independent committee? Serious question because I really don't know.

It cost Nunes nothing to play humble and contrite today. - Can't believe Castro and Speer

went directly to CNN. That tells me something.

Lol please - sm

Would you like me to post some articles of Russian ties investigations from today? How about trump's unreal Times Magazine interview where he sounds ridiculous, as usual. Nunes actually helped it, he knows it and owned up to it. Kinda like the guy for that.

They would have done everything they could to suppess it. - The president has a right to know if

[ In Reply To ..]
something like this was done to him, especially if it may have been illegally done.

Good for Nunes. No use leaving the info around for - poltical hacks to leak.

[ In Reply To ..]
There have been so many breaches lately by the Deep State against political opponents. Good for Nunes.

I just heard Mark Steyn sitting in for Rush - interviewing Hoestra, former chairman.

[ In Reply To ..]
He said what Nunes did was appropriate.

I was really encouraged by the bit of the interview I heard.

I just heard from the former head of the House Intelligence committee, - Peter Hoekstra on the Rush Limbaugh

[ In Reply To ..]
show guest hosted by Mark Steyn, that the illegal raw wiretap transcripts on the Trump Transition were sent by the intelligence community directly to the OBAMA WHITE HOUSE!! This is far bigger than Watergate.

These Trump communication intercepts went to Obama, - Jarrett, Rhodes, Rice, and all the

[ In Reply To ..]
others in the WH to gleam any possible political advantage over Trump.

Nunes was correct to go right to Trump with the information because these were very serious breeches that broke the law used against an incoming US President.

Um I don't know where you got this. - Nn

[ In Reply To ..]
The man apologized because he was wrong, he knew he was wrong and I believe he knows what he's doing more than you do. Also where are you reading "serious breaches" that broke the law. He said out of his own mouth these were "legally collected foreign intelligence under FISA." His own words. Are you trying to divert from the Russian investigation, as per normal, going on, you know, the REAL news?

Given that Speir has involvement with the Awan - clan, should she be trusted?

Big deal. He did the right thing, His oversight responsibility - is to tell Trump everything as chairman.

[ In Reply To ..]
Trump is entitled to every piece of information.

Telling the Democrats in advance would only have given them the opportunity to run to the cameras to undermine Nunes.

I appreciate Nunes having the guts to put a bright light on this.

Using Comey's words about not sharing information, - Nunes didn't share "because of the

[ In Reply To ..]
sensitivity of the matter."

Have you seen - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
the posts below this and how the right is spinning away like the largest web ever seen? It's laughable. Conveniently ignoring what's really going on and creating their own little imaginary world. Just wow.

I think he was right to go to the white house first - Proof is in the pudding

[ In Reply To ..]
So President Trump was right after all. This rightly went to the WH first. Take it to the agencies and they can change the information to what they want. They should dump Comey and the fat old bald guy who is lying all the time. They are the ones who cannot be trusted. Especially when they are finding evidence that the previous dude had something to do with it.

Deflecting Russia investigation again I see. - Nn

[ In Reply To ..]
So how did you view Comey when he was investigating Hilary? Just wondering. Trump and admins are being investigated for Russian ties. There is nothing linking Obama to anything. I don't know why the right continues to believe something that isn't true. Everyone else is more focused on possible treason with this current administration and the minions are going on about nothing. Quite comical.

Repeat...there are and never were any ties - repeat, repeat, repeat

[ In Reply To ..]
The dumbing down of America is so out there.

Don't know how many times the intelligence agencies, FBI, etc have to repeat. There is no proof, no ties.

Oh ok thank you - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
for clarifying the FBI has concluded their investigation. I was confused thinking there is an ONGOING investigation and hate to say this, but your words don't make that happen. Sorry, ongoing investigation, looking bad for old trumpster. No ties huh, Manafort, Stone, Page and of course Flynn. Active investigation, your words won't make it go away. Sorry.
