Anyone else think refugees are vetted better than Trump's cabinet?

IMO, here is just a small summary of Trump's cabinet picks.
A labor secretary who hired an undocumented worker, a secretary of state who is best buddies with Putin, an attorney general with a terrible record with civil rights, a health secretary that wants to privatize Medicare, an education secretary who has no experienice with public schools, a secretary of energy who did not understand that the energy department includes nuclear, etc., etc.
Then, of course, staff advisors . . . you know, the Breitbart guy. . .
What is going to happen when the first crisis hits? Another replay of Hurricane Katrina? Another "atta boy, Brownie" moment coming up, in my opinion.

My question is exactly what is Trump going to do differently? This policy seems pretty thorough to me and I believe anything Trump would do would be using technology also, unless he plans on using torture to get them to admit they are terrorists.
