have written a letter to Trump explaining why his travel ban will imperil American security rather than enhance it.  Do you think the Orange Doofus will listen?

;

Hypocrisy of the left. Same 7 countries targeted by - Obama's DHS.

Libs are throwing EVERYTHING at the wall hoping something, anything sticks. It ain’t happening though and snowflakes are melting.

The letter was signed - Resist

by both Republicans and Democrats. You might try reading it.

What difference does that make? Many pubs are - RINOs.

There is a very good argument - Resist

for why this action is going to make us less safe rather than more safe and it is worth considering.

Targeted by Obama? O NEVER BANNED ANYONE. - That was all gargabe. sm

[ In Reply To ..]
You say "targeted." At the time in 2011 there was a DIRECT KNOWN THREAT. When the terrorists were discovered in Kentucky the FBI advised there could be more and more coming. BTW, Obama NEVER BANNED ANYONE from this country. He did not refuse Iraq refugees. He did stop them in their tracks temporarily until they were vetted more closely and this may have taken some time but there was never a ban. Sort of like when the Twin Towers were hit and Bush stopped all planes immediately until things could be sorted out. You need to use sources that are not leaning publications directly put out by left or right. This is not media hype, but Trump hype. He has been told by HIS OWN fact checkers again and again that some info he gives is simply not true, but he just keeps right on saying it.

There is no "ban" only vetting. How many times... - Sean Spicer tried to tell the

Trump called it a ban, and 9/11 Rudy called it a ban. A ban...sm - VTMT

was threatened throughout the election campaign. Why now so vociferously denying it is a ban?

Here we go with the - insults

[ In Reply To ..]
You defend the dictator in chief no matter what and turn it around on the left. Some people even insulting the people within the party they voted for because they disagree with the dictator. I constantly see posts criticizing the MSM, yet these are the same people that read Breibart for all their news.

The left are not the ones melting.

I would love to see a nationwide boycott of the fake - news media. ABC News

You already boycotted them and rely on Breibart - and Trump Tweets

[ In Reply To ..]
for your news. I watch MSM and have seen refugees, Mexicans and blacks who support Trump. So what. It doesn't change the fact that what he is doing is wrong. Did you read the link provided in the OP or just start throwing insults because it shows that a lot of people don't support what he is doing?

It doesnt matter what Trump does, there will be outrage. - It all paid for by Soros.

"Foreign policy experts" socialize with elites in foreign countries - who are often out of touch with

ordinary people in their countries. Limousine liberals exist in all countries. Their credentials are largely elitist, fueled by teachings from doddering old fools in ivy league colleges.

“I’d rather entrust the government of the United States to the first 400 people listed in the Boston telephone directory than to the faculty of Harvard University.”

-William F. Buckley, Jr.

Are these the same "experts" who were for the Iran nuke deal? - What's sad is that they don't realize

[ In Reply To ..]
that Trump is a success with the American people, and that is what matters.

We aren't talking about the Iran deal, we're talking - about Trump

[ In Reply To ..]
He may be a success in your eyes, but most of us see through him. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He does whatever jumps into his mind at a given moment and then has Kellyanne or Spicer try to weasel him out of what he said and does.

Maybe he thrives on chaos! - anonon

Some people love to start a commotion and shake things up in their environment. I read a few places that Mattis and the Homeland Security guy were not apprised before he signed that order and were a little miffed afterwards. I think the reason he timed it was to throw people off his putting Bannon in charge of the National Security Council when he has zilch experience and proven not so nice views on non-white races - more of his smoke and mirrors stuff of directing you away from what he does not want you to see. It seems like he might be pitting some of his staff against each other to see who comes out on top. This is something a lot of leaders do to weed out those they deem weak or ineffectual. This is just my opinion though.
I think you are giving him - Resist
[ In Reply To ..]
too much credit.

Especially to Madeleine Janet Napolitano, and Susan Rice?

Albright has bloodon her hands becasue she adamantly refused to accept publicly that a full-fledged, Convention-defined genocide was taking place in Rwanda and made the decision to reduce the already inadequate UNAMIR force to a derisory 270 men,” the OAU wrote.

“The Americans, led by US Ambassador Madeleine Albright, played the key role in blocking more expeditious action by the UN.”

This was reported in SALON, one of the left wing favorite waste of space.

Then there's Janet Napolitano.
Department of Homeland Security officer Philip Haney saw something nobody else in the intelligence and law-enforcement community was seeing.

Four years before the Boston Marathon bombing, he began developing a file on the mosque attended by the perpetrators of the attack, the Tsarnaev brothers.

Haney brought the information to the attention of the House Committee on Homeland Security, and later that week, Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., confronted then-DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano with it.

Citing the DHS slogan “If you see something, say something,” Duncan asked why someone who not only was at the scene of the bombing, but also described by authorities as a person of interest in the case, was about to be deported.

An indignant Napolitano refused to answer, ridiculing Duncan for asking a question she said was “so full of misstatements and misapprehensions that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”

So arrogant Napolitano helped 3 die and how many injurted at the Boston Marathon?

Her tenure at DHS has been characterized by back-to-back lawsuits and multiple controversies regarding the agencies DHS oversees, which include the TSA, ICE, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services and FEMA.

As DHS chief, Napolitano failed to secure the borders. During her tenure, DHS implemented a widespread policy of allowing department lawyers to selectively determine which illegal immigrants to pursue for deportation, and which to let go. ICE agents accused her in a lawsuit of failing to properly enforce immigration law over it.

Their signing the letter shows that they still don't have any idea about terrorism.

We all know what Susan Rice is famous for, don't we? So I won't go into that one.

I wish I had more time to research th others that that signed that letter. Im sure there would be more scandals on the "formers" and "retired."

Obama Has Not Right To Tell Scott Walker To Bone Up On Foreign PolicyApr 08, 2015
He hasn't done a good job at foreign policy himself. In response to Wisconsin Gov.
