Billionaire investor George Soros will partner with Mastercard Inc on a venture they said could help migrants, refugees and others struggling within their communities worldwide to improve their economic and social status. The partnership, Humanity Ventures, stems from a pledge Soros made in September to earmark up to $500 million for investments to address challenges facing migrants and refugees. In a joint statement on Thursday, Mastercard and Soros said that despite billions of dollars of humanitarian and development assistance, millions of people remain marginalized, a situation the private sector can help rectify. ;

Businesses USED to be focused on customers. These efforts and money will not solve the problem because it is not designed to.

[ In Reply To ..]illegals mentioned? This so-called MasterCard is probably to be used to help refugees in Europe and elsewhere to set up their new homes and to get a new start. It is being funded by a charity. The lines of credit are probably going to be limited in order for more people to be able to have the advantage of it, and the interest rates are probably being subsidized by the charity. I think you should probably get more details of how this is going to work before you make a judgment.
Basically this sounds like Obamacards for illegals. - When you get all those solicitations
