TWD Season 7.....

Did anyone watch the opener on Sunday? What are your thoughts? Lots of tears shed, I'm sure. Watched the TD with all of the cast afterwards. It was great to see them all together, probably the last time (sigh)! They've sure become like family after all these years!

Yes, I watched it with great anticipation. It was horrible to watch Glenn and Abraham getting killed like that.. Oh my gosh. I felt sick inside. It was sad to see Rick beaten down so badly. I think it made me feel better also to see Talking Dead afterward. Can't imagine what the rest of the season holds! Best show ever!

I have watched it since day 1 back in 2010. I have watched so many characters grow up. It was horrible to see the way they died. I will miss them, especially Abe's way of looking at life, LOL. I have been questioned about my Christianity and still watch this show, but that's exactly what it is, a show. I have told my daughter all along I am a whole lot more afraid of the living than I am the dead, and now she sees why. I have watched it twice already, and saw things the second time around I didn't see the first time due to my tears. I loved the part where Maggie, feeling as horrible as she did, say they need to fight them! Carol would be proud. But to quote Rick in an earlier season, "They messed with the wrong people." I feel this is still true. I am sure there are people who follow Negan are tired of the way he handles things, too. Especially if you saw the upcoming episode where he walks through a gate and they all get down on their knees and bow! We will all see together how many defectors he has when it is known Rick and the group are going to fight them, especially with the knights and tiger's help! Such good entertainment. TWD for 100 seasons!

I get so resentful around this time of the year. All the expectations! It makes it hard to enjoy it. Feeling like everything has to be perfect. Every year at Christmas my hubby is able to take two weeks off, which is wonderful for him but is beginning to stink for me.
