The wunnaful gubbmint

In 01/2015, I filed my taxes for 2014. In 01/2016, I filed an amended tax return for 2014, and my 2015 return. Yesterday I received the check from the IRS for overpayment of my 2014 taxes. It took them 11 months to process a very simple revised return. This is our wunnaful gubbmint. Quick to collect. Slow to pay back. ;
