I would think

that at this point in the campaign that even the most ardent Trump supporters would be looking for some specifics from DT.  How is he going to accomplish all these grandiose plans?  Why, when he says "believe me," would you believe him?  He reminds me of the kids who ran for office in high school and were promising to have Coke running out of the water fountains.

;

I would like to know SPECIFICS you have heard - from ANY candidate.

I have not heard specifics from any candidate including the Democrats or the Republicans - just promises they may or may not be able or want to keep. The only thing Trump has going on for him is he OWES nothing to anyone like the other candidates who take money from special interests and OWE them favors (votes) to protect their interests.

The other candidates - Color me dubious

have a record in politics and you can see what they have done and what they have tried to do. Also, no one else is claiming they can get rid of ISIS in the immediate future. How? What does he know that others do not? Also as he gets closer to the nomination, more donations will start coming in. You can see them by googling Trump donations. Latest one is $150,000.

Trump is not accepting special interest $$ - A record in politics means nothing

Having a record in politics only means you get money from special interests and you can lie well. Hillary's record is LOUSY.

In general America is in a world of hurt with unemployment and terror threats. If the career politicians are so "experienced" why is the middle class disappearing and our economy is going downhill. Why are jobs offshored?

Same politicians running for office have been in power for quite awhile. Yet we are rolling downhill as far as jobs and the economy. So much for experience of politicians.

As far as Trump taking money from special interests where he owes a favor to them, that is not going to happen. I contributed to Trump, chump change, but I am not asking for anything in return, just that he brings jobs back to the US, keeps illegals from coming here and taking American jobs, and use his experience as a successful businessman to straighten out our economy.
A record in politics - Not a fan of bluster

at least shows what one has done or has tried to do. I am not a big fan of Hillary but in her political life she has worked for equal rights and women's issues. Bernie also has a history of working for the middle class. What has DT done for the middle class except boast? Why do you think he is a savior? Did he doing anything for the members of the middle class who signed up for Trump University? How can he single handedly bring back jobs to this country when virtually all the "captains of industry" are in favor of free trade? Do you think the Koch brothers are afraid of Donald Trump?

Members of the military have already said they would not obey his orders as they are unconstitutional.

He is saying what he thinks people want to hear; what he could actually accomplish is another matter.
Look, in spite of the career politicians bluster and brags - they have done NOTHING.

Hillary is more than shady, and Bernie is making promises he cannot keep. What have they accomplished? FBI investigations and Libya fiasco for Hillary while she stood by her man and attacked the women who were involved in his sexual encounters.

Bernie is saying he can give everything away free but there is no way he can accomplish this. Speaking of bluster...
Bernie is only saying our tax dollars should be....sm - VTMT

should be spent on programs that benefit the majority, not on corporate welfare and the MIC. America needs to make education a priority. Other countries have overtaken us in this regard and we continue to fall further and further behind. After 100 years, it is time to invest in the education of our young people by adding four more years to our public education system, financed by a 50 cent tax on automated speculative stock trades. Another point is that many of our best educated citizens are being lured to other countries who provide many benefits for their workers that companies in the US do not, vacation time, family leave, free medical care, childcare, liberal sick leave, etc.
Sounds good on paper but unfortunately - you got a lot of politicians who don't agree

The powers that be and the lawmakers are not going to cross big business who fund their campaigns and more.

The people with the money make the rules, remember that.

Where specifically did you read this? - Big money from who?

with no allegiance to anyone except the whims of the Donald. The American people have financed Bernie's campaign with their small donations, and that is who he gives his allegiance to.

Haters gotta hate. - Hillary is rich too.

Unfortunately Hillary's money comes from big business bribes in exchange for her votes in their favor.
Who said anything about Hillary? I'm a Bernie Sanders supporter. - nm

The point is that every politician has money - and wants more.

Unless crooked Hillary is indicted (and I do not believe she will be as the fix is in) Bernie does not stand a chance to be elected because of the Clinton/democratic fix is in.

Wise people face facts and realize there are - corrupt politicians and they are ruining the USA

No one can be in politics and be honest. It is the nature of the game, kind of like used car salespeople who will say anything to sell a car. Politicians are sleazy people who belong to a network. Non-sleazy ethical people do not become politicians.

I can list the what and how of Bernie's platform if you like. - sm

He has been quite specific on universal health care, raising the federal minimum wage, and making public college tuition free. We hear a lot of bluster from Trump, but his hows are secret.

Bernie can say what he wants specifically - but it is not up to Bernie to change laws

How do you buy Bernie's blustering and think he can step in and change the way things are done in a capitalist society. Bernie is nothing but bluster - just like all the other career politicians who want to maintain the gravy train of being in office.

who has a reputation of being trustworthy, donates his speaking fees to charity, has a net worth of less than $600,000, does his own grocery shopping, takes the train, takes in his wife's ex when he was dying of cancer, buys boots for a homeless man, walks to work, and wants to take big money out of politics. If that makes me crazy, so be it!
You can TRUST Bernie, but the fact remains - Hillary is going to be the candidate for prez

She is a large part of the corruption of government and the Democrats have structured a win-win path to crown Hillary queen because they think she can win against the Republicans. Not so sure the Democrats are correct that she can win against Republican candidate because she does have a lot of clouds around her regarding her dishonesty and/or stupidity.
That doesn't mean we won't still vote for Bernie. - #writeinbernie
