Too Much Entertaining TV To Keep Up With? - What Are You Enjoying?
At least for me there is more now at one time then ever before. I have seen it said elsewhere as well. There are just too many entertaining shows to keep up with every one that looks good. There have always been good looking programs, yet not quite this many at one time.
Too many shows that look good to keep up with?
With on demand, online services, streaming, DVR etc... it works because we can watch programs whenever it suits us. No possible way to do so if I had to watch these live, there are things to do in life and entertainment needs to conform to the viewer.
I sure do watch a lot of comic based, powers, abilities, magic, sci-fi, supernatural etc... type shows. They tend to have the most draw. Generic police show number 1875 is really not enough to draw me in. Oddly I would likely still be entertained based that is not a hard thing to do. (Thankfully)

The Good Wife is/was a favorite, I know. Person of Interest as well. Recently he had me watch Angie Tribeca on TBS. Very quirky ala Leslie Nielsen.

I watch "the boring channels" (PBS) as he refers to them. I also watch some sports and I enjoy some of the classic movies on TCM.

Thankful both my hubby and I like mostly the same - programs and they are

the National Geographic, animal shows, cooking shows as long as they are not the contest kind, news nightly and local and I love all mysteries as long as I don't know the outcome ahead of time. Also love programs about true criminals, like the prison shows. I DVR a lot of ones and then try to find time to watch those as so many good ones playing most of the time.

I'm a reality show junkie. I love watching almost anything on Bravo and a lot of things on TLC and the E channel. I also watch a lot of the cooking channel and love any cooking competition shows. I also watch General Hospital during the day while I work. Besides the above, I love Supernatural, Hell's Kitchen, Project Runway. I usually never watch anything live. I DVR everything and watch it at night or on the weekends when I can. My daughter and I watch a lot of the same shows, but my husband usually isn't interested in any of the things I watch. We have a lot of TVs so there's always something different for everyone to watch.

Second Chance, Lucifer, XFiles, Little Women LA - HDS2Coder

He records a bunch of shows on the DVR and binge watches them when he has time. I call him a TV slut because he seem to want to watch everything. He loves Game of Thrones and anything with vampires in it. I don't like the same stuff he does. I can't stand anything violent, but I did love Breaking Bad and am anxiously awaiting season 2 of Better Call Saul. I prefer comedies like Big Bang Theory and New Girl. Even though they are about young people and I'm old. I probably should be watching shows about people who are old like me who have teenagers that they had just before they got too old to conceive children. I like the home renovation shows too.

The X-Files - NDMT

So happy The X-Files are back--my favorite TV show ever ever ever--even if it's only for 6 episodes. To my fellow MTs, please watch this show. They need good ratings to come back again.

Dr. Phil and a movie. Maybe... - Linda

I like the Lifetime networks and LMNs movies, but can't stand to sit through commercials so I record everything I watch.

TV shows I love but never seem to have time for are Forensic Files, Houston Animal Cops, Cops and a show on flipping houses.
